A bill for the relief of certain natives of the Philippines who served in the U.S. Armed Forces during World War II.

Authorizes the issuance of immigration visas to any alien who is a native of the Philippines, who served in any United States Armed Force during World War II, and (if already separated) who was separated under honorable conditions.
