Page, Arizona Community Act - Provides for the incorporation of the Reclamation Townsite of Page, Arizona, Glen Canyon Unit, Colorado River Storage Project (presently under Federal ownership and operation), as a municipality under the laws of the State of Arizona. Authorizes the appropriation of up to $2,000,000 to carry out the purposes of this Act.
