A bill to amend the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 to exempt any nonmanufacturing business, or any business having 15 or less employees, in States having laws regulating safety in such businesses, from the Federal standards created under such act.

Provides, under the Occupational Safety and Health Act, that any nonmanufacturing business or any business having fifteen or fewer employees shall be exempt from the rules and regulations adopted pursuant to the provisions of such Act, provided that the State in which such business resides has occupational safety and health standards governing such businesses.
