A bill to amend the Clean Air Act to modify the emission standards required for light duty motor vehicles and engines manufactured during model year 1975 and thereafter.

Modifies the emission standards required, under the Clean Air Act, for light duty motor vehicles and engines manufactured during model year 1975 and thereafter by limiting pollutant emission to no more than 3.1 grams per vehicle mile of oxides of nitrogen.
