A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 with respect to the deduction for moving expenses.

Allows a tax deduction under the Internal Revenue Code for moving expenses incurred by Armed Forces members.

Defines allowable moving expenses. Makes special provisions for members of the Armed Force assigned to a tour of duty outside the United States or in Alaska.
