A bill to amend titles II and XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide for payment of wife's and husband's insurance benefits at age 50 in cases of disability, and to provide medicare coverage at age 50 for disabled wives and husbands, on the same basis as is presently provided for disabled widows and widowers.

Title I: Coverage of Disabled Wives and Husbands at Age 50 under Old-Age, survivors, and Disability Insurance Program - Provides for payment of wife's and husbands insurance benefits at age 50 in cases of disability under title II of the Social Security Act (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance).

Title II: Coverage of Disabled Wives and Husbands at Age 50 under Medicare Program - Provides medicare coverage at age 50 for disabled wives and husbands, on the same basis as is presently provided for disabled widows and widowers.

Title III: Effective Dates - Provides for effective dates for Titles I and II of this Act.
