A bill to amend section 351 of title 38, United States Code, to enlarge the class of persons entitled to benefits thereunder to include veterans suffering injury or death as a result of natural disaster occurring while they undergo treatment in a Veterans' Administration facility, and the dependents of such veterans.

Increases the class of persons entitled to Veterans benefits for disability or injury while undergoing various treatment of vocational rehabilitation administered by the Veterans' Administration including veterans suffering injury or death as a result of natural disaster occurring while they undergo treatment in a Veterans' Administration facility, and the dependents of such veterans.
