A bill to require the U.S. Postal Service to provide postal lock boxes for certain persons who reside in rural areas.

States that whenever any person resides in a rural area and does not receive postal delivery service, the United States Postal Service shall provide such person with the rent-free use of a postal lock box located at the rural station or branch nearest to the residence of such person.
