A bill to amend section 242(b) of the Immigration and Nationality Act to require special deportation proceedings in connection with the voluntary departure from the United States of any alien who is a native of a country contiguous to the United States.

Requires special deportation proceedings, under the Immigration and Nationality Act, in connection with the voluntary departure from the United States of any alien who is native of a country contiguous to the United States.

Provides that if such alien was employed in the United States, the Attorney General shall collect any amount due from the employer and pay such amounts to the alien. (Amends 8 U.S.C. 1252(b))
