A bill to incorporate World War I Overseas Flyers, Inc.

Authorizes the incorporation of "World War I Overseas Flyers, Incorporated."

States that the purposes of the corporation shall be to promote peace and good will in this country and abroad and to preserve the memory of the air service in World War I.
