A bill to provide additional funds for certain projects relating to fish restoration, and for other purposes.

Title I: Fish Restoration Fund - Authorizes the appropriation of revenue, from a 10 percent sales tax on items related to sport fishing and underwater swimming, to aid in fish restoration and management projects, beginning in fiscal year 1976 and each year thereafter.

Title II: Tax on Sale of Sport Fishing and Underwater Swimming Equipment - Imposes a 10 percent sales tax on any article of sport fishing equipment and any article of underwater sport swimming equipment.
