A bill to provide for the simultaneous closing of polling places on election day throughout the United States.

Provides that no polling place for the election of Representatives and Delegates to the Congress shall close other than at the equivalent for the place where such polling place is located of 11 post-meridian, eastern standard time, on the day established by law for such election.
