Summary

Establishes the National Subsidized Housing Loan Fund from which direct Government mortgage loans may be made for low-and moderate-income housing under the National Housing Act.

Authorizes the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to issue notes and other obligations to the Secretary of the Treasury in order to carry out the provisions of this Act.
