A bill to amend the Economic Stabilization Act of 1970, to exempt stabilization of the price of agricultural commodities and certain other items from its provisions.

Prohibits the stabilization of the price of any agricultural commodity, including livestock, or fertilizer, or petroleum or any petroleum product under the Economic Stabilization Act.
