A bill to amend the Federal Aviation Act of 1958 so as to extend the tariff filing period for proposed tariff changes and to provide that the Board cannot suspend a proposed tariff for interstate or overseas air transportation less than 15 days before the time when the tariff would otherwise go into effect.

Extends, under the Federal Aviation Act of 1958, the tariff-filing period for proposed tariff changes under such Act. Provides that the Civil Aeranautics Board cannot suspend a proposed tariff for interstate or overseas air transportation less than fifteen days before the time when the tariff would otherwise go into effect.
