A bill to provide a minimum level for retirement salaries of certain Federal judges in territories and possessions.

Provides that for purposes of computation of retirement salaries, federal judges in territories and possessions shall be deemed to have received no less then $20,000 at time of relinquishment of office. (Amends 28 U.S.C. 373)
