A bill to provide for a study of the most feasible and suitable means of preserving the resources of the Ohio and Erie Canal in the State of Ohio, and for other purposes.

Provides for a study of the most feasible and suitable means of preserving the resources of the Ohio and Erie Canal in Ohio. Directs the Secretary of the Interior to report on such study to the Congress within a year. Authorizes necessary appropriations to carry out this Act.
