A bill to amend the Civil Service Retirement Act to increase to 2 1/2 percent the multiplication factor for determining annuities for certain Federal employees engaged in hazardous duties.

Provides, under the Civil Service Retirement Act, for an increase to 2 1/2 percent in the multiplication factor for determining annuities for those Federal employees engaged in hazardous duties. (Amends 5 U.S.C. 8339(d))
