A bill to amend title 13, United States Code, to prohibit delaying or postponing the preparation, the making or the publishing of any of the statistical compilations or periodic censuses required by said title, and for other purposes.

Prohibits delaying or postponing the preparation, taking, or the publishing of any of the statistical compilations or periodic censuses. Imposes a fine not to exceed $5,000 and/or a term of imprisonment not to exceed five years for violation of this Act. (Adds 13 U.S.C. 215)
