States that upon the expiration of his term of office a member of the National Labor Relations Board shall continue to serve until his successor is appointed and has qualified, but not beyond the expiration of the next session of Congress subsequent to the expiration of such fixed term of office.
Establishes a procedure for the National Labor Relations Board to file copies of its orders in the United States courts of appeals.
