A bill to designate the Mount Zirkel Wilderness Study Area, Colo., and to provide for review of its suitability for designation as wilderness in furtherance of the purposes of the Wilderness Act of 1964.

Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to review, within two years after the date of the enactment of this Act, as to its suitability for preservation as wilderness, the "Mount Zirkel Wilderness Study Area," Routt National Forest, Colorado.

Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to conduct his review, and the President to advise, within four years from enactment of this Act, the Congress of his recommendations.

Authorizes appropriations of such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
