A bill to protect the right of privacy by forbidding the conditioning of Federal assistance for the treatment of drug abusers or the control of drug abuse, under the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act or any other act, on the recipient's furnishing any list or other means of identifying any person treated by such recipient.
