A bill to amend the Communications Act of 1934 for 1 year with regard to the broadcasting of certain professional home games.

Requires, for a one year period, that television broadcasting rights of professional sports games, which are under a league television contract and to which tickets are sold out forty-eight hours before game time, be made available for broadcasting at the time at which, and in the area in which, such game is being played.
