Provides, as a condition to the receipt of Federal-aid highway funds, that States require gasoline service stations which the States allow to operate on the rights-of-way of limited access highways to honor certain credit cards for the purchase of gasoline, oil, and certain parts and services.
Directs the Secretary of Transportation, within ninety days from the date of enactment of this Act, to publish in the Federal Register a list of: (1) credit cards which must be honored by gasoline service stations, and (2) the parts and services which such gasoline service stations shall permit cardholders to obtain with such credit cards.
