Congressional Disclosure of Income Act - Requires each United States Senator or Representative to file a certified copy of his Federal income tax return with the Secretary of the Senate or the Clerk of the House of Representatives by April 30, of each year.
Provides that if he receives any additional income which is not reported in his Federal income tax return, he shall also file a separate sworn statement showing the source, nature, and amount of such additional income.
Imposes a penalty of not more than a $1,000 fine and/or imprisonment for not more than 1 year for violation of this Act.
