Joint resolution requiring the President to submit to Congress a report concerning importations of minerals which are critical to the needs of U.S. industry.

Directs the President to submit to Congress, within thirty days, a report which sets forth, for each calendar year during the period 1965 through 1973: (1) the volume and value of all exports of critical resources to all countries from each foreign country which at any time during such period exported to the United States any critical mineral; (2) the volume and value of each critical mineral exported to the United States from each such foreign country; and (3) the volume and value of each critical mineral exported in world trade from any foreign country which was subject, at any time during such period, to economic sanctions applied by the United States pursuant to the United Nations Participation Act of 1945.
