Authorizes the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare to take all necessary steps to organize and hold an international conference on heart disease, cancer, and stroke in Washington, D.C. in the fiscal year ending June 30, 1975, and to report to the Congress on the proceedings and outcome of such a conference.
Authorizes appropriations of up to $5,000,000 for the purpose of defraying expenses incident to organizing and holding the conference.
