A joint resolution to enable the United States to organize and hold an international conference in the United States in fiscal year 1974 and authorize an appropriation therefor.

Directs the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare to take necessary steps to organize and hold an international conference on heart disease, cancer, and stroke, to be held in Washington, D.C. during the fiscal year 1974.

Authorizes appropriations of up to $5,000,000 for defraying expenses incident to organizing and holding such a conference.
