Makes appropriations of such amounts as may be necessary (but not to exceed $2,203,000,000), to remain available until expended for payments by the Secretary of the Treasury to maintain the value in terms of gold of the holdings of United States dollar of the International Monetary Fund, the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Inter-American Development Bank, the International Development Association, and the Asian Development Bank, to the extent provided in the articles of agreement of such institutions, as authorized by the Par Value Modification Act.
