Authorizes the Secretary of the Navy to receive for instruction at the U.S. Naval Academy within eighteen months after the date of enactment of the joint resolution, two persons, citizens and subjects of the Empire of Iran. Prohibits the United States from subjecting these persons to any expense on account of such instruction.
