Constitutional Amendment - Provides no person shall be a Member of Congress who at the time of taking office shall have attained the age of sixty-six years.
Excludes from the provisions of this Amendment any Member of Congress completing a term of office which he or she occupied at the time of ratification of this article.
Provides that no Justice of the Supreme Court or judge or magistrate in any lower court of the United States shall continue in such office after he or she shall have attained the age of sixty-six years.
