Joint resolution to improve mail services in the Post Office Department.

Provides that the House Post Office and Civil Service Committee and the Senate Post Office and Civil Service Committee shall constitute a joint committee to conduct investigations and hearings in order to make recommendations for the improvement of mail services in the Post Office Department.
