Joint resolution to direct the Federal Communications Commission to conduct a comprehensive study and investigation of the effects of the display of violence in television programs, and for other purposes.

Directs the Federal Communications Commission to conduct a comprehensive study and investigation of the effects of the display of violence in television programs. Requires the Commission to submit iterim annual reports and a final report not later than thirty months after enactment of this Act containing the Commissions findings and recommendations.
