Provides that the year 1974 be designated as a "centennial for celebrating the introduction into the United States of Hard Red Winter Wheat."
Requests the President to issue a proclamation calling on the people of the United States to observe such centennial, with appropriate ceremonies and activities to be focused in the State of Kansas where such wheat was first grown in the United States.
