Constitutional Amendment - Provides that no person shall be elected to the House of Representatives more than six consecutive terms, and no person shall be elected to the Senate more than two consecutive terms.
Provides that this article shall not prevent any person who may be holding office as a Member of the House of Representatives or as a Member of the Senate, during the term within which this Article becomes operative, from holding the office during the remainder of such term.
