A joint resolution calling for an immediate and appropriate moratorium on the killing of polar bears.

Requires the President to seek a treaty or other appropriate arrangement with the Union of Socialist Republics, Canada, Denmark, Norway, and any other interested nations calling for an immediate and appropriate moratorium on the killing of polar bears, and to give due consideration to the recommendations of the International Union for the Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources.
