Joint resolution recognizing the right of the people of Ireland to the ownership of Ireland and to the unfettered control of Irish destinies, to be sovereign and indefeasible.

States that the Congress recognizes the right of the people of Ireland to the ownership of Ireland and to the unfettered control of Irish destinies to be sovereign and indefeasible. Urges the President to institute and pursue forthwith policies which are wholly consistent with the intent of this joint resolution.
