Authorizes the President to designate February 1975 as "Crib Death Information Month". Directs the United States Postal Service to prepare a cancellation dye which reads "Strike Out Crib Death, Save Each New Life" and use such dye in mail cancellation nationwide wherever possible throughout the calendar year 1975.
