Joint resolution transferring to the State of Alaska certain archives and records in the custody of the National Archives of the United States.

Requires that the official archives and records of the Territorial Governors of Alaska, 1884-1958, now deposited with the National Archives of the United States at the Federal Archives and Records Center, Seattle, Washington, be transferred to the State of Alaska at the expense of the United States. Provides that the State of Alaska make provisions for their safekeeping.
