Joint resolution to create a farmer to consumer price index.

Directs the Depatment of Labor to develop an index to be published monthly in conjunction with the Consumer Price Index which fairly and accurately represents the farming, assembling, processing, transporting, and distributing costs of beef, pork, milk, eggs, and bread as well as such other food items that help serve to give the public and policymakers a clear, comprehensive, and accurate reflection of the costs constituting the consumer's food dollar.
