Joint resolution to waive the requirements of section 13(c)(1)(A) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 relating to child labor in agriculture under certain circumstances.

Authorizes the Secretary of Labor to waive the requirements of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 relating to child labor in agriculture whenever he determines that the provisions of that Act have the effect, in a particular area of the country, of disrupting traditional patterns of student employment outside of school hours.
