Concurrent resolution expressing the sense of Congress regarding Presidential pardons in the Watergate affair.

Expresses the sense of the Congress that the President not grant any additional pardons to any individuals convicted of, or facing prosecution in connection with, the Watergate affair, or other criminal activities currently under investigation by the Special Prosecutor.
