Expresses the sense of Congress that during the period from the impeachment of the President by the House of Representives through the vote on such impeachment by the Senate, the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of State, and the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (either together or separately) should each give a briefing every other working day to the following group: the Vice President, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and the majority and minority leaders and the majority and minority whips of the House of Representatives and the Senate.
States that the Secretary of Defense shall brief such group on the status of the United States defense; the Secretary of State shall brief such group on the status of the United States foreign policy; and the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency shall brief such group on the status of United States foreign intelligence information.
