Provides that there be printed as a House document with illustrations, a revised edition of the House document "Our Flag"; and that two hundred seventy-two thousand and five hundred additional copies be printed, of which two hundred twenty-one thousand shall be for the use of the House of Representatives, and fifty-one thousand five hundred shall be for the use of the Senate.
