Concurrent resolution expressing the sense of Congress that no pardon, reprieve, or amnesty be given to deserters or draft evaders.

Expresses the sense of Congress that no pardon, reprieve, or amnesty be granted by the Congress or exercised by the President with respect to persons who (1) are in violation of the Military Selective Service Act because of their refusal to register for the draft and/or their refusal to be inducted, or (2) being a member of the Armed Forces, fled to a foreign country to avoid further military service in violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
