Concurrent resolution expressing the sense of Congress concerning the use of chauffeur driven limousines by the Federal Government.

Expresses the sense of Congress that all the agencies of the Federal Government should issue regulations which would severely limit the use of chauffeur-driven limousines and which would provide that the motors of such limousines should be turned off when such limousines are parked and occupied only by the drivers.
