Concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the Congress that in concert with efforts toward a cease-fire and upon the cessation of hostilities in the Middle East, the President and the Secretary of State shall focus the diplomatic efforts of the United States toward effecting direct negotiations among all parties to the conflict.
