Concurrent resolution providing for a joint meeting of Congress on July 4, 1976.

Provides for a joint meeting of Congress on July 4, 1976 to observe the Nation's bicentennial.

Establishes a joint committee of six members to plan appropriate ceremonies for the joint meeting and to invite the President of the United States to address the joint meeting.
