A concurrent resolution to instruct the United States Ambassador to the United Nations to insist on fulfillment of charter provisions based on self-determination of all peoples, and that the Soviet Union be asked to abide by its United Nations membership obligations concerning colonialism and interference with the sovereignty of other nations.
