Resolution relative to the recommendations of the Federal Commission on Executive Legislative, and Judicial Salaries, expressing the sense of Congress in opposition to increases in the salaries of Members and in favor of limiting other salary increases to the rate of 5.5 percent per annum.

Makes it the sense of the Congress that the Commission on Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Salaries should omit, in its report to the President, all recommendations for increase in the salaries of Senators, Members of and Delegates to the House of Representatives, and the Resident Commissioner from Puerto Rico, and should limit to 5.5 percent per annum any and all increases in the salaries of other executive, legislative, and judicial officials of the United States.
